Resident Accommodation :

We have seventeen bed/sitting rooms, varying in size up to 30 sq mtrs.  Some have a separate lounge and bedroom. They are all available for single occupancy whilst the largest rooms may be occupied by married couples, as required.

The majority of rooms have en-suite toilet facilities, and many with bath and/or shower as well. The remainder have a washbasin and very close access to toilet/bath/shower facilities, with a maximum of two Residents to one bathroom.

To make each Resident feel more at home, they are encouraged to furnish their room entirely as they wish, with their own bed, furniture, pictures, ornaments etc. Alternatively furniture can be provided if required. Carpets and curtains are provided, but Residents may provide their own if they wish.

Each room has a TV point and telephone socket. An emergency staff call system is installed in every room and individual pendant alarms are available to Residents requiring them.

Whilst some rooms are on the ground Floor, most are located on the first floor, served by both a beautiful staircase and a lift.
